About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Danche kebele of Gedeb, Ethiopia. The beans are a mix of Kurume and Dega varieties, cultivated under partial forest shade. The coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process, including a 48–72 hour submerged fermentation followed by a 12-hour fresh water soak, and is dried on raised beds for 10–12 days. The flavor profile features stone fruit sweetness, florals, and notes reminiscent of lemonade.
