This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Gara Agena station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2100-2300 meters, it consists of the 74110 and 74158 varieties. The coffee is processed using a washed method, where cherries are pulped, fermented for 36-48 hours, and dried on raised beds. This high-quality lot is known for its outstanding sweetness and complexity.
