This Ethiopia G1 Super Natural coffee is sourced from smallholder farms in the Buku Sayisa region of Hambela, Guji, at an elevation of 1900-2300 meters. The coffee consists of heirloom varietals and undergoes a full natural process, which includes a 24-hour cold water fermentation followed by 3-4 weeks of sun-drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is crisp and refreshing, featuring notes of Honeycrisp apple, strawberry, and white cherry.
