This natural process Ethiopian coffee originates from the Danse Sayisa area in the Yirgacheffe zone of Gedeo, southern Ethiopia, at 2,200 meters altitude. Composed of traditional Ethiopian Heirloom landraces, the beans are hand-picked and naturally processed on raised African beds for 18–25 days. The coffee displays vibrant fruit-forward characteristics with tasting notes of strawberry, blueberry, peach gummy candy, lychee jelly, and bergamot with jasmine florals.
