This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Faficho washing station in the Sidama Bensa region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2300 meters. It consists of local landrace varieties and is processed using the Red Honey method. The flavor profile is vibrant and tropical, featuring distinct notes of grape, jasmine, and mixed berry.
