This coffee is grown in the Oromia region of Ethiopia at an altitude between 1,900 and 2,100 meters. It consists of heirloom varieties cultivated by members of the Duromina cooperative. The coffee is processed using the washed method, which preserves its fruit character and floral aromatics, resulting in a bright and delicate cup profile.

Their approach is rooted in direct trade partnerships through their Farmlevel Initiative, which emphasizes paying premiums for quality and investing in coffee-producing communities. They roast in small batches on vintage Probat roasters, aiming to craft a future for coffee that is equitable and innovative.
