Processed using the Red Honey method with controlled drying under canopy followed by sun-drying over 3-4 weeks total. Wate Washing Station, established in 2019, was recognized as a National Winner in the 2021 Ethiopian Cup of Excellence. Flavor notes include lemon custard, white peach, bergamot, florals, honey, and coffee flower with a silky finish.
