Cerberus Coffee Co.

About This Coffee

This coffee originates from the Anasora District in the South Guji zone of Ethiopia, grown at an elevation of 2200-2300 meters. The cherries undergo 10 hours of aerobic fermentation followed by sun-drying for 3-4 weeks. This natural process allows the fruit to impart deep sweetness and complexity into the bean. The resulting cup features a light roast profile with distinct notes of jasmine, bergamot, green apple, and stone fruit.

Cerberus Coffee Co.

Cerberus Coffee Co. was founded in 2019 by Cody and Tina in Jacksonville, Oregon, operating a 600 square foot café and micro bakery alongside a roastery in the Applegate Valley. The queer and BIPOC owned company sources Fair Trade coffee, consistently paying above minimums with transparent farmgate pricing, and established Southern Oregon's first co roasting programme allowing others to rent facility space. Their signature Wizard Cat espresso blend directs a portion of proceeds to trans and LGBTQI+ resources including Trans Lifeline. The micro bakery runs a stone deck oven producing vegan donuts, overnight focaccia, and seasonal quiches alongside the coffee programme.
