It is a JARC 74112 variety processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried on raised beds to preserve their inherent sweetness. The flavor profile is characterized by juicy melon, fresh berry notes, and a delicate, aromatic hint of cardamom. This coffee offers a balanced combination of intense fruitiness and clean, elegant structure.
