This coffee is a community lot from the Hambela area in the Guji region of southern Ethiopia, grown at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,250 meters. It is a washed coffee featuring a mix of heirloom and local landrace varieties. The flavor profile is smooth and refined, characterized by notes of lemon custard, juicy white peach, bergamot, lychee, and delicate gardenia. The coffee is produced by smallholder families who deliver cherries to a central washing station, where the beans are fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds.
