Grown at 2,000 meters altitude in fertile clay soil, this is a carefully selected micro-lot, hand-picked and processed with great care. Flavor notes of blackcurrant and a hint of dark chocolate, with a juicy and refreshing character and candy-like aromas. Certified organic.
