This coffee is an Ethiopia origin bean from the Guji Zone, produced through the Kercha Coffee Processing Station by a network of smallholding farmers. It is described as a washed coffee with floral, fruity, and tea-like aroma and flavor notes, including lavender, fresh raspberry, and jasmine green tea, representative of Ethiopian single-origin coffees.
Cat and Cloud was founded in 2016 in Santa Cruz, California by Jared Truby, Chris Baca, and Charles Jack all former barista champions and coffee competition veterans. The roastery runs a Loring S15 Falcon.
