Code Black Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee comes from the Arsosala washing station in the Uraga district of Ethiopia. It is produced by smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee on small plots using traditional, low-input organic practices. The cherries are naturally processed, pulped on the day of delivery, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds for 8 to 20 days. This coffee offers a flavor profile featuring notes of berries, chocolate, citrus, and nuts, with a sweet finish.
