This single-origin coffee comes from the Arsosala washing station in the Uraga district of Ethiopia. It is produced by smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee on small plots using traditional, low-input practices. The cherries are naturally processed, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds for 8 to 20 days. This coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of berries, chocolate, citrus, and nuts, with a sweet finish. It is suitable for various brewing methods, including espresso and filter.
