This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Alo Safo station in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2380-2600 meters, it features the 74158 variety. The coffee undergoes a unique zero fermentation washed process, where cherries are depulped and immediately rinsed with clean water, followed by a 30-day drying cycle on raised beds and indoor racks. This meticulous process highlights the quality of the high-altitude cherries produced by Tamiru Tadesse and Messi.
