This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Alo Safo station in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2380-2600 meters, it consists of the 74158 variety. The coffee undergoes a 24-hour cold spring water anaerobic natural process, where cherries are fermented in tanks before being shade-dried on raised beds for over 30 days. This meticulous process results in a unique specialty coffee produced by Tamiru Tadesse and Messi.
