This green coffee bean is from Finca San Carlos in El Salvador, grown in the Balsamo mountain range with volcanic soils and tropical climate. The region is noted for coffees with medium acidity and a full body. The product is unroasted green beans sold in 500g portions.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg.
