This single-origin coffee is produced at the Los Nogales estate in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, situated at an altitude of 1400 to 1600 meters. The coffee is a Catuai variety processed using the Black Honey method, which retains a significant amount of mucilage for enhanced sweetness. The flavor profile features bright notes of orange zest, candied pecan, and stone fruits, offering a balanced cup with minimal bitterness. It is suitable for various brewing methods, including pour-over and espresso.
