Single-origin Colombian coffee from Huila (La Plata and surrounding municipalities) grown at 1,700–2,100 m. Composed of Caturra, Castillo and Variedad Colombia, the coffee is depulped, dry-fermented then fully washed and dried in polytunnels or rooftop patios. Expect caramelised sugar, marzipan and warm berry notes with a silky medium-bodied profile.
