This coffee is grown at El Ingenio in the Apaneca Ilamatepec region of El Salvador by the Urrutia family at an altitude of 1200-1600 meters. It consists of Bourbon, Pacas, and San Pacho varieties. The coffee undergoes a washed process, including a 13-14 hour dry fermentation followed by washing and drying on guardiolas and brick patios. The flavor profile features notes of dried fruit, green apple, and fudge, with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
