This single-origin coffee is produced by Fernando Escobar at Finca El Cerro in the Apaneca-Lamatepec region of El Salvador at 1500 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee consisting of Pacas and Bourbon varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of cocoa, nectarine, walnut, caramel, milk chocolate, brown sugar, red apple, and citrus. This coffee is roasted to be a balanced, clean, and sweet espresso.
