This coffee is a single-origin selection from Finca El Cerro in the Apaneca-Lamatepec region of El Salvador, grown at an altitude of 1500 meters. It is a washed blend of Bourbon and Pacas varieties. The cup profile is characterized by soft chocolate, sweet nuttiness, and a gentle fruitiness, resulting in a balanced and approachable coffee.
