It undergoes an advanced natural process involving selective hand harvesting, multi-stage anaerobic fermentation, and thermal shock conditioning, followed by slow sun drying. The resulting cup profile features distinct notes of strawberry, berry, tropical fruit, and cocoa, with a complex, sweet character.
