This specialty coffee is from the El Carmen farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. It is an Orange Bourbon variety that has undergone an anaerobic natural processing method. The flavor profile features notes of stewed peach, lychee, and chocolate when brewed black, and stewed peach and milk chocolate when served with milk.
