This coffee is a blend of two lots from the Duwancho washing station in the Arbegona district of Sidama, Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2150-2300 meters. It consists of 60% anaerobic honey-processed coffee and 40% washed coffee, utilizing 74110 and 74158 varieties. The flavor profile is complex and wine-like, featuring notes of peach iced tea, raspberry lemonade, and a subtle funk. It offers a clean, bright, and floral cup structure.
