This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from the Santa Mónica farm in the Quindío region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1450–1500 meters. It undergoes a unique honey and wine yeast co-fermentation process with the addition of dragon fruit. The resulting cup is tropical and expressive, featuring vibrant flavor notes of dragon fruit, mango, and pomegranate, reminiscent of a festive fruit punch. This lot is characterized by its wild, sweet, and deeply layered profile.
