Delvin Navarro Pink Honey Typica

Delvin Navarro Pink Honey Typica

Stamp Act Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is grown by Delvin Navarro at Navarro Farms in the Ka'u region of Hawai'i at an elevation of 1850-2000 feet. The Typica variety undergoes a unique processing method involving 170 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by a pink honey drying process. The resulting cup is intensely expressive, featuring a flavor profile of tropical fruits, mango, and florals, balanced by a beautiful sweetness. This lot is notable for being the first release of Delvin Navarro's coffee in the continental U.S.
