Kaʻū Geisha Anaerobic Natural — Miranda Farms

Paradise Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This Kaʻū Geisha is a single-origin coffee from Miranda Farms, located on the southern slopes of Mauna Loa, Hawaiʻi. It is processed using an anaerobic natural method, where ripe cherries are fermented in oxygen-free tanks before drying. This process enhances sweetness and fruit complexity while maintaining the elegance of the Geisha variety. The cup features vibrant notes of starfruit, mixed berries, and lemon-lime candy, supported by a silky, syrupy body and bright, lively acidity. It is a light-roasted coffee recognized for its exceptional quality and clarity.
