This coffee is sourced from smallholder producers in the Santuario, El Aguila, and Entreverdes areas of the Risaralda department in Colombia. Grown at altitudes between 1400 and 2000 meters, this lot consists of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties. The coffee undergoes a sugarcane decaffeination process, which uses natural ethyl acetate to remove caffeine. It features a medium roast profile with tasting notes of brown sugar, citrus, and chocolate.
