This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Rio Sucio region in Caldas, Colombia, grown by the Siruma Coffee farm at an altitude of 1600-2000 meters. It consists of Castillo and Colombia varieties. The coffee is processed using a natural sugar cane decaffeination method at the Descafenol facility. The name 'Atunkaa' translates to 'sleep and sleepy dreams' in the Wayuunaiki language, reflecting its decaffeinated nature.

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
