Danche is a single-origin coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an elevation of over 2000 meters. Produced by Aaga Dinsa in collaboration with 144 small plot growers, this coffee is processed using the washed method. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of jasmine, peach rings, and honey. The cup offers a big mouthfeel with a deep, honeyed sweetness and intense floral aromatics.

Sprenger is a two time U.S. Brewers Cup Champion and World Brewers Cup runner up, bringing a competition level understanding of extraction and flavor to his roasting.
