This Anaerobic Natural Rwanda comes from the Akagera Station. The coffee is raised-bed dried and processed using anaerobic natural methods. A collaboration supporting the Barista Exchange program, which includes an educational expedition to Africa and cultural exchange with African baristas visiting Memphis and participating in the Color of Coffee Symposium in Houston, Texas.
