This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude between 1,500 and 1,800 meters. It is an Arabica coffee consisting of Catuaí, Red Catuaí, and Caturra varieties, processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of apricot, brown sugar, and biscuit, with a floral aroma. It is characterized by a light body, medium-low acidity, and medium-low intensity, with a medium-to-high level of sweetness.
