A natural-processed Catuai coffee from La Union Farm and Cerro Alto Micromill in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, grown at 1,400–1,700 masl. Only fully ripe red Catuai cherries were hand-selected and dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the beans to absorb the fruit's sweetness. The result is a syrupy body with intense notes of red cherry, raspberry jam, brown sugar, and cacao nibs, with a chocolatey finish.
