This coffee is produced by Marvin Barrantes at Finca Reina Elizabeth, an eight-hectare farm located in the West Valley region of Costa Rica at an altitude of 1450-1550 meters. The coffee is the Sarchimor variety, processed using the Black Honey method. It features a bright, silky, and jammy profile with tasting notes of nectarine, forest berries, and delicate florals. This lot is characterized by its clean and balanced nature, resulting from careful hand-picking and controlled drying in greenhouses.
Stay High Coffee Roasters was launched in London in February 2023 by Tom and Kat, who met while working as baristas. They are passionate about ethical sourcing and sustainability, with a focus on light to medium roasts that create sweet and balanced coffees.
