A Colombian coffee from producer Edwin Norena, made from the Yellow Bourbon variety. This lot undergoes a black honey process followed by an experimental fermentation using selected Galaxy hops strains. The result is a vibrant, exotic cup with expressive fruit notes including cantaloupe, passionfruit, yellow peach, pear, mango, red grapes, and passion fruit. Offered as an Omni Roast in 200g whole bean format.
