It is a Caturra variety that underwent anaerobic co-fermentation with wine yeast and dehydrated grapes for over 120 hours, contributing concentrated sweetness, saturated fruit notes, and pronounced aromatic intensity. The offering is 150 grams, whole bean, roasted to order.
