Colombia Perlitas de Huila is a Huila, Colombia nanolot community lot from multiple smallholder producers (elevation 1600–2100 masl). The lot is a blend of Sidra, Java, Gesha, Caturra/Colombia, Pink Bourbon, and Yellow Bourbon. It was processed washed with yeast and extended fermentation. Tasting notes highlight fruit punch, fruit salad, grape, cherry, white wine grape, watermelon, and peach; roast level is Light.
