This coffee is sourced from the Peñas Blancas Coffee Processing Center in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1600 to 1900 meters. It is a washed process coffee of the Ombligon variety. The flavor profile features notes of guava, banana, pineapple, and a creamy mouthfeel. This is a light roast coffee.
Leif Sung An and Clifford Park founded Stereoscope Coffee in Los Angeles in 2013, driven by the belief that coffee is about more than tasting profiles and processing methods. They roast on a Probat P12 out of a warehouse in the Arts District, seeking out distinctive varieties and processing techniques that tell a story.
