This Geisha lot is sourced from the Peñas Blancas processing station in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. Established by producer Jhoan Vergara, the station focuses on precise processing to highlight the potential of cherries from local farmers. This natural-processed coffee offers an elegant flavor profile characterized by notes of bergamot, white peach, yellow peach, mango juice, and a sparkling, candy-like sweetness reminiscent of ramune, with refreshing herbal nuances. It is a light roast coffee with a syrupy body.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
