A single origin coffee from Colombia, produced by Nubia Sanchez through the La Palma y El Tucan Neighbor and Crop Project. Grown at 1,400–1,600 meters altitude, this coffee uses the Castillo variety. It undergoes a mixed fermentation (Mixto) process combining lactic and acetic stages, including vacuum tank fermentation, depulping, and drying on African raised beds. The cup profile features a medium to heavy body with notes of lime, raspberry, grapefruit, orange peel, yuzu, and hazelnut.
