This single-origin coffee from Jardines del Edén in Quindío, Pijao, Colombia is grown at 2,050 meters altitude. The Maragesha variety is a natural hybrid between Geisha and Maragogype, discovered on Luis Anibal's farm and featuring large beans with exceptional complexity. The coffee undergoes 45 hours of aerobic fermentation followed by 8-12 days of drying on elevated beds under UV protection. The naturally fermented processing method creates a cup with intense fruitiness, clear sweetness, and full body, balancing floral jasmine notes from the Geisha parent with the mild, soft profile of the Maragogype parent.
