Colombia El Obraje comes from Hacienda El Obraje, located in the hilly landscape near Tangua, outside the city of Pasto in southern Colombia. The farm belongs to Pablo Guerrero's family and spans 100 hectares of mountain slopes with volcanic mineral-rich soil. Coffee trees have been cultivated here since 2000, with specialty coffee production beginning in 2009 using a wet mill. Processing methods include both washed and natural. The cup profile is clean, pleasant, and well-balanced with fruity nuances, moderate sweetness, notes of ripe citrus fruits, and milk chocolate.
