The community of farmers around Tatamá have worked closely with importer Henry Gomez to deliver an exceptional coffee. The washed process results in a balanced final cup. It is a versatile coffee with characteristic taste notes of plum and dark chocolate. These distinctive flavours are followed by a sweet finish and clean mouthfeel.
