This single-origin coffee is produced at El Diviso farm in the Normandia district, near Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Grown at an altitude between 1550 and 1800 meters, this Bourbon Sidra variety undergoes a specialized processing method involving Mossto, a coffee cherry juice used to steep and ferment the beans. This sequential fermentation process introduces additional micro-biomes and sugars to enhance the flavor profile. The result is a complex and exceptional cup.
