About This Coffee

This Colombian Gesha is sourced from the Peñas Blancas processing center in the Huila region, Acevedo area, managed by Nestor Lasso and Jhoan Vergara. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried whole to enhance the fruit character. It offers a juicy profile with tasting notes of mango, dried dates, and rose, reminiscent of Bon Pari candy. This specialty coffee is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
