About This Coffee

This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the La Reserva farm in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1650 to 1750 meters. It undergoes a semi-washed process with a unique passion fruit co-fermentation, involving 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks. The resulting cup features a complex flavor profile with notes of floral, lavender, lemon cheesecake, citric acid, orange, and tangerine.
