This is a washed Chiroso variety coffee from Altos de Quitumpamba in the Buesaco region of Nariño, Colombia. It is a light-roasted coffee with a flavor profile featuring notes of lemongrass, pear, honeysuckle, and yuzu. The coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
