Cultivated by smallholder farmers in a semi-forest environment, the beans are processed using a washed method. This coffee offers a vibrant flavor profile featuring notes of candied lemon and black tea, complemented by the juicy sweetness of plum and peach. It is a fruity and floral Ethiopian coffee.
