About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin lot from the La Hermosa farm in the Villa Rosario community of Caranavi, Bolivia. Grown at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,650 meters, this Caturra and Catuai variety coffee is processed using an experimental Anoxic Washed method, which involves a CO2 flush to remove oxygen during fermentation. The resulting cup features a creamy body with flavor notes of brown sugar, sultanas, and sweet cinnamon spice.
